When you call Rapid Dry, we discuss options and pricing up front on the initial call. Once you’re scheduled for a service our technicians will assess the carpets onsite and make any additional recommendations after their in-person assessment of the condition of your carpet.

Before getting to work, we’ll ask if you’d like us to clean around your furniture or if you’d like us to remove your furniture for a $20 per room fee. Then a superficial cleaning of the area is performed by dry vacuuming the carpet to remove loose dander, hair, and debris.

Dirt that’s trapped in your carpet fibers often consists of dry and abrasive particulate matter that is insoluble in water. We remove accumulated dirt, dust and debris, to avoid damaging your carpets during the later stages of our cleaning procedure.

Prior to your cleaning, your technician will inspect your carpet for any stubborn stains that may need additional treatments for successful removal. 

In order to remove stubborn stains like blood, coffee, wine, pet accidents, or ink more easily, we perform a spot treatment of the impacted areas. During this process, we’ll use the correct stain removal product to avoid damaging your carpet.

Finally, our certified and licensed technicians use a hot water extractor to finish cleaning the carpet. This procedure rids of the used cleaning solutions and suspended soil, leaving your carpet looking fresh and clean.
